Delivery

Typically, processing time takes 1-4 days. After dispatching the order, Delivery usually takes between 10-20 BUSINESS days, depending on the shipping method selected. We use various carriers including Hong Kong post, China post and Swisspost to do deliveries. Economy shipping takes about 15 - 20 business days (no tracking) and Priority shipping takes 7- 10 business days. You will receive an automated email once your order has been shipped. 

The shipping time during Holiday Season (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc) could be longer than usual time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay.

If you order more than one product, your order may be dispatched separately and may be delivered to you at different times.

Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.
